RULEMATCH AG is a digital assets trading and clearing venue that empowers regulated financial institutions with cutting-edge technology. By providing a more capital-efficient and lower latency trading platform, we're fostering the growth of the crypto and digital asset market.
We're seeking a seasoned Chief Information Security Officer to build and lead our IT security function, focusing on confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our data and systems. This role reports directly to the CEO and offers an exceptional opportunity for a technically-oriented security leader to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description:A leading figure in our cybersecurity efforts, you will establish and oversee the implementation of our IT security framework, ensuring seamless integration with business objectives. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining a robust security posture, driving compliance with regulations, and promoting a culture of information security.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and enforce IT security policies, standards, and key controls
- Leverage your technical acumen to evaluate and manage our IT risk posture
- Collaborate with partners, clients, auditors, and regulators on IT security matters
- Establish and lead a high-performing IT security team
- Ensure ongoing cybersecurity awareness training and education for users
- 7-10 years of experience in information security, preferably in a leadership role
- Proven expertise in implementing IT security frameworks and certifications, especially in highly regulated industries
- Strong technical knowledge in IT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity technologies
- Relevant professional certification such as CISSP, CISM, CISA or similar are highly desirable
- An annual salary of CHF 180,000 and additional stock appreciation rights to participate in the company's growth
