Security Awareness and Culture Lead Role at SIX:
Lead Security Culture is a critical position at SIX that requires an expert in security awareness and culture development. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building a security-focused culture and a deep understanding of security principles and human-based threats.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive security awareness program tailored to the organization's needs.
- Drive a security-focused culture through engaging events, workshops, and regular check-ins with teams.
- Create interactive security training materials and simulations to foster secure behaviors.
- Collaborate with teams to embed security best practices across the organization.
- Evaluate and adjust the program regularly based on feedback and threat trends.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in security awareness and culture development.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting complex security concepts to various audiences.
- Creative and team-oriented, with a strong customer focus.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to adapt security programs based on metrics.
- Good oral and written proficiency in German and English, with Spanish a plus.
