About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Multimedia Designer and Video Editor to join our creative team at Pictet. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering dynamic multimedia content that showcases our brand's values and expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and create high-quality PowerPoint presentations and video content using advanced graphic design techniques and tools such as Adobe After Effects and Illustrator.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand objectives and translate complex data into clear, visually engaging content.
  • Utilize motion design elements to enhance PowerPoint slides and videos, creating engaging and dynamic content.
  • Develop custom illustrations and graphics to enhance slide visuals and video content, effectively conveying key points.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects in both PowerPoint design and video production, ensuring deadlines are met and adjusting to shifting priorities as needed.
  • Work with content teams to logically and compellingly organise and structure information in both presentations and videos, utilising effective visual hierarchies and composition strategies.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in creating multi-media content.
  • BA or MA in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication or a related field.
  • Proven experience in graphic design and PowerPoint presentation design, with a solid mastery of certain Adobe Suite tools.
  • Experience in motion design and 2D/3D creation.
  • Proficiency in video editing and colour grading.
  • Interest or use of AI to generate graphic content.
  • Excellent graphic design skills, including layout, typography, colour and composition.
  • In-depth knowledge of graphic design principles and best practices for presentations.
  • Ability to translate data information into creative and digestible infographics.
  • Proficiency in using Excel to extract and manipulate financial data.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently while respecting tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a rapidly changing marketing landscape.
  • Fluent in English and French. German, Italian and Spanish are an advantage.
