Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and impact-oriented Sales/Fundraising and Marketing Support professional to join our team in Zurich, Switzerland. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Country Director Switzerland and contribute to the success of our fundraising and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Sales/Fundraising:

  • Develop and refine product pitches and grant agreements for fundraising initiatives
  • Support sales pipeline management, tracking engagement, follow-up activities, and renewal to ensure consistent communication and relationship-building with existing B2B partners
  • Collaborate on the development of marketing/sales material and administrative tasks
  • Attend networking events to build relationships and identify new opportunities

Marketing:

  • Develop creative copywriting that captures the Aiducation voice in all communications efforts
  • Strategically plan and execute social media and newsletter content to engage our audience
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in sales, fundraising, and marketing, preferably in a non-profit or social impact organization
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders
  • Excellent writing and copywriting skills, with the ability to adapt to different tone and style
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach
