We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Zurich. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in performance marketing, campaign management, and digital channel optimization.
About the RoleThis challenging role offers a competitive salary of CHF 90,000 - 110,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include flexible working hours, partly remote work options, and a professional working culture in a diverse team.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies for digital fundraising and brand marketing in close collaboration with the Head of Brand & Digital.
- Manage and optimize all digital channels, including SEO/SEA, social media advertising, YouTube, display ads, and email marketing.
- Conduct web analytics to improve website performance and optimise landing pages to increase conversion rates.
- Measure and analyze the performance of all digital marketing activities and derive optimization measures.
- A degree in marketing/communication with a focus on digital marketing or equivalent qualifications.
- Several years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably in the non-profit sector.
- Strong analytical skills, including data analysis and KPI management.
- Proven expertise in performance marketing and digital campaign optimization.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO/SEA, Google Ads, social media advertising, and email marketing tools.
