Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as the Head of Trading Sales and Distribution. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our regulated digital asset trading services, specifically our electronic trading platform, TDX.

Your primary focus will be on onboarding new clients and generating trading volume. You will be responsible for the following key activities:

  • Building a pipeline of new clients and prospects, including banks, securities firms, asset managers, institutional clients, corporations, and high net worth individuals.
  • Ensuring rapid and frictionless client onboarding in collaboration with our support teams.
  • Managing the full sales process, including engaging with prospects, qualifying deals, sourcing and coordinating RFI/RFPs, preparing and following up on sales meetings, and negotiating the closing of new client deals.
  • Managing our existing client base to ensure high satisfaction and active use of our platform.
  • Coordinating with our Product team to ensure sales handover and product gap feedback.
  • Proposing new ideas, strategies, and campaigns for sales success.
  • Representing Taurus SA at third-party events and conferences, contributing to marketing, PR, and external communication, and building partnerships with institutions in the space.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in trading and brokerage sales in the financial services industry.
  • Bachelor or master's degree in finance or economics.
  • Solid and diversified book of clients, experience in building a strong pipeline, and sales lifecycle.
  • Strong interest and knowledge in digital assets.
  • Good knowledge of finance and capital markets.
  • Good understanding of financial promotion, marketing, and cross-border rules.
  • Dynamic and proactive entrepreneur.
  • Available to travel extensively to visit clients on-site when needed.
  • Fluent in English, fluency in another language is advantageous.
