Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as the Head of Trading Sales and Distribution. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our regulated digital asset trading services to institutional clients, including banks, securities firms, and asset managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively build a pipeline of new clients and generate trading volume through the sale of our regulated electronic trading platform, TDX.
  • Ensure rapid and frictionless client onboarding in collaboration with our support teams.
  • Own the full sales process, from prospecting and qualifying deals to negotiating and closing new client agreements.
  • Manage existing client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and active use of our platform.
  • Coordinate with our Product team to ensure sales handover and product gap feedback.
  • Develop and propose new sales strategies, campaigns, and ideas to drive sales success.
  • Represent Taurus at industry events and conferences, and contribute to marketing, PR, and external communication efforts.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in trading and brokerage sales in the financial services industry.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in finance or economics.
  • Solid book of clients, experience in building a strong pipeline, and sales lifecycle.
  • Strong interest and knowledge in digital assets.
  • Good knowledge of finance and capital markets.
  • Good understanding of financial promotion, marketing, and cross-border rules.
  • Dynamic and proactive entrepreneur.
  • Fluent in English, with fluency in another language advantageous.
