About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Manager to join our team at Company 81 - Manulife Data Services Inc. As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of professionals in a team-oriented, high-demand, and fast-paced environment.
  • Ensure that all team members are working efficiently and effectively to meet business objectives.
  • Develop and implement business improvement initiatives to drive growth and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Manage and resolve conflicts and issues within the team in a fair and timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership or management role.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and achieving business objectives.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Professional attitude and client service orientation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in finance or insurance operations.
  • Compliance background.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Legal, Finance, Business, or related fields.
