Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Cloud Consultant to join our team in Geneva. The successful candidate will have extensive experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and will be responsible for leading consultative engagements with clients on technical and business challenges related to their e-communication initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Present high-level overviews of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture and integration capabilities.
  2. Create actionable BRDs / FSDs that align client's business needs to Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
  3. Manage multiple client engagements and work with associated team members.
  4. Identify issues/risks and present alternatives to alleviate or resolve.

Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
  • 2-3 years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Prior experience with Pardot / Eloqua / Marketo is an advantage.
  • Email marketing experience, including deliverability and IP warming, whitelisting/blacklisting, country-specific legal requirements, APIs, predictive content, customer journeys management, and database management.
  • Experience with product positioning and leveraging feature-to-benefit analysis.
  • Strategic and technical thinking.
  • Ability to consultatively engage with customers to make complex decisions quickly.
  • Experience leading customer-facing discussions.
  • Familiarity with Ampscript, SQL, and server-side scripting.
  • Exposure to digital marketing tools and strategies.
  • A deep understanding of service-oriented architecture.
