We help organizations become omnichannel entities by controlling their digital ecosystem's efficiency and synergies with the physical world.

Headquartered in Paris, we operate globally from our offices in Paris, London, Geneva, Milan, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Taipei, Singapore, and New York.

You will join our consulting team in Geneva and actively participate in delivering data-led projects to multiple clients.

Those projects will be driven by client objectives relating to data collection, customer acquisition, onsite conversion optimization, media-mix optimization, and digital business consulting.

You will promote a customer-centered vision of digital marketing based on systematic data use to support decisions.

Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver projects related to monitoring client digital activity based on key performance indicators (reporting), onsite conversion optimization through data analysis and web testing, online media buy optimization, and CRM.
  2. Analyze data and structure relevant information for clients' benefit, consistent with industry-specific business indicators.
  3. Develop operational expertise on conversion and online media-buy topics.
  4. Meet clients' needs and ensure high-quality deliverables.
  5. Ongoing travel may be required within Switzerland or abroad.

Education and Experience

  1. Masters degree or equivalent diploma in business, engineering, or related field.
  2. 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, consulting firms, marketing, business intelligence software, or media agencies.
  3. Familiarity with web analytics tools.
  4. Knowledge of main online acquisition channels: SEO, SEM, display and programmatic, affiliates, email, and social media.

Skills and Interests

  1. Fluent English and excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  2. Strong analytical skills and knowledge of statistical software and data visualization tools.
  3. Good business and market understanding.
  4. Good team spirit.
  5. Interest in new technologies and the digital industry.
