We're seeking a forward-thinking Digital Marketing Strategist to drive all marketing activities for our HVGGE Place location. As part of our global Brand team, you'll build brand awareness throughout the region by developing and executing a marketing plan that aligns with our mission.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing social media content, developing a PR plan for media outreach in key feeder markets, and collaborating with the Meetings and Events and Food and Beverage teams to define and deliver tactics and activations to drive B2C and B2B awareness in local, national, and international markets.

Based on-site at the hotel, you'll be the YOTEL brand guardian, ensuring that our values are reflected throughout the guest journey, including (but not limited to) guest promotions, the property's online presence, and identifying incremental revenue opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • You'll lead the marketing, PR, and partnerships plan for the hotel.
  • You'll work closely with the hotel sales team to deliver on-property and local activations.
  • You'll define and deliver marketing tactics that will increase awareness for the hotel throughout Switzerland and key feeder markets (France, Germany, Benelux).
  • You'll support the success of our owned and earned channels supporting hotels, food & beverage, and meetings & events.
  • You will sit within the commercial function and work closely with brand and ecommerce, as well as external partners and agencies, to improve and measure hotel channels.

The skills we are looking for are:

  • 5 years in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Experience of working in hotel / food & beverage and or meetings / events / conference sectors.
  • Marketing or PR experience in-house or agency.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing a marketing / communications plan.
  • Demonstrable understanding of hotel, food and beverage, or meetings / events / conferences sectors.
  • Demonstrated project management experience involving complex projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
