About the Role:

As a Perfume Quality Trainee, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our perfumes, from packaging approval to documentation management. You will work closely with our Quality Control Manager to ensure that our perfumes meet the highest standards of quality.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the quality approval process by conducting tests on various components.
  • Validate new protocols and compare them to existing standards to maintain consistency in our products.
  • Collaborate with the team to manage Range Boards, ensuring compliance with 5S standards in the quality laboratory.
  • Oversee and update documents in the PLM system, harmonize the layout and status of various forms, effectively communicate approved procedures, and create or update materials such as internal approval test results, test reports, finished product control checklists for order preparation, first production sample checklists, and templates for managing internal non-conformities.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Quality Assurance, Continuous Improvement, or a related field. A background in quality control procedures or laboratory practices would be beneficial.

We seek a detail-oriented and highly organized individual with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, who can work effectively with the team. Strong communication and active listening skills are essential, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks with precision while maintaining high-quality standards.
