We're seeking a skilled Hotel Financial Coordinator to join our team in Zurich. As Administrative Manager, you'll be responsible for managing financial operations, including accounting, reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and treasury.

Main Objectives
  1. Manage Financial Operations: You'll oversee all financial aspects, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions and record-keeping.
  2. Prepare Financial Reports: You'll prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow management, to inform business decisions.
  3. Analyze Data: You'll examine financial data to identify areas for cost savings and revenue growth, implementing strategies to optimize financial performance.
  4. Collaborate with Stakeholders: You'll work closely with finance, operations, HQ, and hotel owners to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  5. Maintain Compliance: You'll ensure adherence to financial regulations and policies, maintaining accurate records and documentation.

As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in financial operations, while contributing to the success of Accor Hotels.
