- Drive business growth and profitability by developing and implementing effective business strategies.
- Establish and monitor financial targets for EBIT and ROCE.
- Analyze unit and market profitability, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Closely monitor ROI of acquisitions and ensure adequate business growth.
- Lead network optimization projects to enhance operational efficiency.
- Conduct price-margin monitoring to maintain competitive advantage.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in leading core business positions within the process manufacturing industry.
- Proven leadership experience in international corporate environments with matrix structures.
