Global Quality Assurance Manager for Rare Disease Medicines

As a Global Quality Assurance Manager for Rare Disease Medicines, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality of our medicines and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year

Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading quality-related activities, including supplier management, product release, and quality risk assessments.
- Develop and implement quality strategies to ensure compliance with GMP & GDP regulations and Sobi's quality system.
- Manage quality interfaces and cross-functional relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Lead quality initiatives and act as a quality representative in projects.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A high level education (university degree or similar) within a relevant area such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or life science.
- More than 10 years of experience within pharmaceutical, biotech products, with at least 5 years in QA operations or external quality including supplier quality management (GMP, GDP).
- In-depth understanding of GMP requirements from FDA, EMEA, or other Health Authorities.
- Strong understanding of risk assessment and risk management fundamentals/tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
