Global Market Access Strategist for Rare Diseases

We are seeking an experienced Global Market Access Strategist to drive global product strategy for essential therapies in rare diseases. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing market access strategies to ensure country affiliates achieve favorable product access and optimal reimbursement.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and execute market access strategies aligned with brand objectives.
- Collaborate with Real-World Evidence (RWE) teams to support pricing and reimbursement.
- Strengthen value propositions for existing rare disease products.
- Develop and update global market access tools (e.g., value dossiers).
- Support affiliates in adapting global value stories to local markets.
- Provide negotiation support and training for reimbursement discussions.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- An advanced degree in Life Sciences, Health Economics, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in global market access, with a focus on rare diseases.
- A strong track record in developing access strategies and tools.
- Experience with real-world evidence and reimbursement in the EU.
- Excellent communication skills; fluency in English.
We offer a competitive salary package, estimated at around CHF 90,000 - CHF 110,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include a comprehensive health insurance plan and a generous pension scheme.
