Senior Quality Validation Expert

Consultys is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Validation Expert to join our team. With a focus on delivering exceptional results, this role will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of our products.
About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in qualification and validation of equipment. As a Senior Quality Validation Expert, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating CQV activities, ensuring that they are executed in accordance with the C&Q Plan and supporting validation plans.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Leading and coordinating CQV execution effort supported by CQ EPC teams, Engineering, Operations, and external vendors and contractors
- Planning and scheduling commissioning activities according to the CQ strategy and supporting validation plans
- Supporting updates of Master CQ Plan and supporting plans during project execution lifecycle
- Coordinating planning and scheduling of commissioning activities with construction interface and other disciplines (HSE, Automation, Electrical, Instrumentation, Operation and Engineering, etc.)
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- University degree in Engineering, Chemistry or another relevant discipline
- At least 1 year of experience in Qualification and Validation of equipment
- Applied technical understanding of manufacturing or laboratory equipment; processes specific to Pharmaceutical manufacturing preferred
- Applied knowledge of creation and verification of qualification equipment plans (FAT/SAT/DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ)
- Analytical and structured working style; strong attention to detail
- Ability to effectively work as part of a multidisciplinary, international team
- Hands-on personality, with flexibility and dedication to maximize client value
- Fluency in English is required, German or French would be a plus
The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
