About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Managing Partner to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our trust and fiduciary services team, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to our team, overseeing the development and implementation of trust and fiduciary strategies, and building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the trust and fiduciary services team.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of trust and fiduciary strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
  • Drive business development initiatives to expand the client base and increase revenue.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Manage risk effectively, implementing measures to mitigate potential issues.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Assist in leading team members, providing guidance and support for professional growth.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and enhance overall organizational performance.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience in the fiduciary business, either directly or indirectly via multi-family office.
  • Commercially-minded with a proven track record in client acquisition and fostering organic growth.
  • Academic background in either finance or legal disciplines is a plus.
  • Excellent command of English as the primary business language; proficiency in other languages a plus.
  • Some management experience will be beneficial for this role.
  • Banking experience, though not mandatory, is advantageous.
