Key Responsibilities

The Role

As an Innovation Management Assistant, you will support our seasoned Co-Founder and Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) in scaling the commercial operations of rready from the ground up to several million in ARR. You will be responsible for supporting the development of commercial strategies and plans, aligning with the company's overall vision and goals.

This role offers a unique opportunity to gain end-to-end exposure to the commercial side of an AI-native B2B SaaS startup backed by venture capitalists - from growth strategy and sales execution to AI-powered marketing and automation-driven operational excellence.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Support the development of commercial strategies and plans, aligning with the company's overall vision and goals.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results and meet project deadlines.
  3. Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, providing timely updates to stakeholders.
  4. Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency.
  5. Assist in campaign execution, event planning, content creation, and performance analytics - leveraging AI for personalization and efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, Marketing & Communication, Entrepreneurship, Design Management, or a related field.
  • First experience in a fast-paced environment (startup, consulting, or similar) is a plus.
  • Passion for Artificial Intelligence, B2B SaaS, and innovation management.
