About Our Team
Crypto Finance Group is a fast-paced blockchain and fintech team with experienced industry leaders. We are looking for a skilled Senior IT System Support to join our team and contribute to our success.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, provisioning, maintaining, monitoring, and supporting our corporate IT infrastructure. This includes administering, customizing, and providing support for Microsoft Cloud services, such as Microsoft Entra ID, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Exchange Online, Intune, Autopilot, Dynamics 365 for Sales, and Business Central.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement our corporate IT infrastructure
- Customize and administer Microsoft Cloud services
- Provide support for end-user devices, MS defender, and the office IT infrastructure
- Develop and maintain corporate IT processes, including user and identity management, proper onboarding and offboarding of users, and integration with corporate IT tools
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless IT support
