Vacuum Valve Engineer Position

As a member of our business unit SEMI, you will develop vacuum valves and systems for the semiconductor industry. Your work will contribute to the success of our company and the next generation of computer chips. You will work closely with customers worldwide, understanding their specific demands and delivering solutions that meet their needs.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage product development projects in close collaboration with product managers, sales subsidiaries, and customers
  • Participate actively in development and relocation projects
  • Support product testing in our laboratory
  • Create and maintain manufacturing drawings, parts lists, and technical documentation
  • Design reviews and optimization with manufacturing, supplier quality engineers, and project buyers
  • Provide technical support in case of quality problems

Requirements:

  • Techincal education or apprenticeship, ideally with an additional Bachelor or Master degree
  • Passion for developing concepts, prototyping, and industrializing mechanical or mechatronic products
  • 2-3 years of professional experience preferred
  • Hands-on, systematic, and independent working style
  • Ability to work in highly agile project teams
  • Good CAD knowledge, advantageously Siemens NX
  • Fluent in English, German preferred
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time
