Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Creative Leader to join our Global Creative Department on a 10-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing 360° campaign strategies, working closely with the creative and communication teams, and collaborating with digital, customer experience, merchandising, and marketing teams.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create and produce designs and visuals for print and digital campaigns at a global scale.
  • Develop beautiful and engaging assets that focus on brand desirability and campaign KPIs.
  • Work on 360° campaign design, from kick-off brief to final delivery, meeting deadlines.
  • Infuse trends and luxury codes/aesthetic into the Creative Department.
  • Collaborate daily with the Creative Department and community to ensure excellence of execution.
Requirements:
  • +5 years of relevant experience in art direction (film and still image), ideally in the luxury goods and/or beauty industry.
  • Strong expertise in digital (social media activation), photography, and video.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Great communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Able to manage workflow, with strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail.
  • Curious, innovative mindset, and strong team player.
  • Fluent in English and French conversational.
