Job Title: Asian Street Food Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Wok Chef to join our team at Nooch Asian Kitchen in Uster. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality Asian street food dishes that cater to the diverse tastes of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mise en Place: Prepare ingredients and cooking stations for lunch and dinner service to ensure seamless execution of our menu items.
  • Cooking Wok Dishes: Expertly prepare wok dishes using your knowledge of traditional Asian cooking techniques and our menu offerings.
  • Quality Control: Maintain the highest standards of food quality by regularly inspecting ingredients, portion sizes, and presentation.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Ensure the kitchen remains clean and organized, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience working with a gas wok in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Communication: Fluent German or English language skills to effectively communicate with colleagues and customers.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail in all aspects of food preparation and presentation.
