Your RoleAs a Relationship Management Specialist - Latin America, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing clients and fostering strong relationships through exceptional service.
You will assist clients with opening new end-client accounts, evaluating end client compliance and tax profiles, and ensuring document completion.
You will also present our full range of services, identify new client needs, cross-selling opportunities, monitor client satisfaction, and conduct annual service reviews.
You will act as the primary point of contact for any issues escalated and collaborate with client relationship officers to resolve them.
You will manage pricing discussions and ensure our banking systems accurately reflect agreed-upon terms.
You will participate in the onboarding of new business relationships in collaboration with business development and risk and compliance teams.
You will assist clients in navigating regulatory and legal obligations.
You will negotiate Lombard loan requests, prepare proposals for credit committee reviews, and manage annual renewals.
You will oversee risk and compliance matters pertaining to assigned client portfolios, including updating documents and KYC processes, and conducting risk controls.
You will maintain records of all client information and interactions in our CRM tool.
About YouTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- Five years' experience in relationship management within custodian banking for the LATAM market or EAMs.
- An excellent understanding of custodian bank services, Lombard loans, and financial products.
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven expertise in building partnerships.
- A best-in-class client servicing approach.
- Systematic and structured with the ability to resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Solid understanding of banking systems and CRM tools, as well as a keen focus on data integrity.
- Spanish native speaker, fluent French and English, Portuguese would be an asset.
- Swiss residency is mandatory.
The estimated salary for this role is between CHF 80,000 - CHF 120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
