We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Success Ambassador to join our team at Coresystems AG. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a critical role in driving growth and revenue through innovative sales strategies and exceptional customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute multi-channel outreach campaigns to engage C-level executives and decision-makers across various industries.
  2. Cold call and conduct discovery calls to qualify prospects and assess their needs, leveraging AI-powered tools to streamline the process.
  3. Nurture leads with consistent and valuable communication to move them through the pipeline, ensuring seamless handoffs to Account Executives.
  4. Document all interactions and updates in CRM to maintain accurate pipeline visibility and inform data-driven decisions.

Requirements:
