Job Description:

The role involves managing all commercial activities for designated customers, achieving results aligned with agreed commercial KPIs and project milestones.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Meet commercial targets and achieve business growth
  • Build strong relationships with customers and negotiate contracts
  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new customers and projects
  • Analyze industry trends and drive process improvements
  • Manage multiple internal stakeholders and work effectively in a matrix organization

Requirements:

  • MSc. in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Life Science, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or related fields
  • Min. 5+ years of work experience
  • Strong existing network in the battery industry and related industries
  • Strong business acumen
  • Negotiation and project management skills
  • Problem-solving and analytical capabilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
