As an IT Business Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the implementation and parametrization of ERP processes, as well as contributing to the development of our solution architecture and governance processes.
Key Responsibilities- ERP Process Implementation: Support the implementation and parametrization of ERP processes, including Supply Chain and Operations, and ensure their deployment.
- Business Process Improvement: Analyze and deliver business process improvement initiatives, either managing components of large initiatives or all components of medium-sized initiatives.
- Requirements Gathering: Interface with end-users and management to translate business requirements into IT-related specifications.
- Workflow Analysis: Analyze workflow to create and isolate areas of potential improvement.
- Collaboration: Ensure collaboration with functional and business process workstream teams regarding ongoing development.
- ERP Configuration: Gain expertise in configuring ERP solutions from external ERP vendor consultants.
- Documentation and Testing: Support ERP process documentation, testing, and cut-over activities, ensuring design and systems security standards.
- Solution Architecture: Participate in the elaboration and evolution of our solution architecture and governance processes within the application department.
- Analytical Assignments: Perform analytical assignments as required by IT management, particularly in areas of difficulty and critical needs.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, ideally with 5 to 10 years' experience of ERP processes within an industrial environment.
- Certifications: Certified in at least one of the following processes: Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality.
- Skills: Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Enterprise Cloud or Oracle e-Business suite on premises, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle True Cloud Method (TCM).
- Language: Good communication skills in English and French, capable of building long-term professional relationships and piloting workshops.
