About the Job
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Consultant to join our Tax Mobility Team in Geneva or Lausanne. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for advising clients on tax implications of international assignments and cross-border tax planning.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review Swiss tax returns for international client companies, ensuring compliance with local tax regulations.
- Provide expert tax advice and guidance to clients, including advising on tax implications of international assignments and cross-border tax planning.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular interactions, understanding their unique needs, and providing tailored tax advice and solutions.
- Collaborate with global EY member firms to ensure seamless service delivery and alignment on international tax matters.
- Facilitate client meetings, presentations, and workshops to discuss tax strategies, updates, and project progress, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
Requirements
- A recognized diploma in Law, Economics or equivalent, with a good understanding of international mobility topics.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
- Proactive team player with excellent communication skills, capable of effectively collaborating with colleagues and clients.
