Afin de soutenir la croissance significative de notre équipe Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) en Suisse, nous cherchons à renforcer nos effectifs avec des profils hautement qualifiés à Genève. Plus précisément, nous recherchons un Consultant et/ou un Senior Consultant pour soutenir notre équipe. Travaillant dans de nombreux secteurs différents, cette personne se développera en exécutant et en dirigeant des projets dans le domaine de la comptabilité et la finance. Vos facteurs de réussite se situent dans votre capacité à être à l'écoute de nos clients, pour poser les bonnes questions et formuler des solutions pour les soutenir dans des domaines où il n'existe pas de solutions toutes faites. Ce que vous pouvez attendre - des expériences enrichissantes qui dureront toute une vie Au sein de notre équipe, vos responsabilités seront les suivantes : Soutenir et conseiller nos clients internationaux et nationaux dans le secteur bancaire sur des thèmes de comptabilité et de finance (IFRS, transactions inhabituelles ou complexes, renforcement temporaire de la fonction finance, etc.). Travailler en étroite collaboration avec d'autres lignes de services et experts afin de fournir des services transversaux répondant aux attentes élevées de nos clients, par exemple des implémentations de systèmes comptables. Utiliser nos outils et technologies de pointe pour analyser et interpréter des données. Examiner les processus et l'environnement de contrôle interne d'institutions financières, en identifier les faiblesses et les axes d'amélioration. Rédiger des rapports à l'attention de nos clients ou de régulateurs présentant les résultats de nos travaux, incluant les points d'amélioration identifiés et nos recommandations. Ce que vous apportez — des compétences avec lesquelles vous façonnez l'avenir Un diplôme de bachelor ou de master (de préférence en comptabilité/finance). Une formation complémentaire obtenue ou en cours d'obtention est un plus (par exemple Swiss CPA, ACCA, CFA). 2 à 4 ans d'expérience dans le domaine de l'audit ou du conseil au sein d'un cabinet. Bonnes connaissances informatiques, un sens des chiffres, un souci du détail et un intérêt pour la compréhension des processus financiers. Excellentes aptitudes à la communication verbale et écrite en français et en anglais. Toute autre langue est considérée comme un atout. Curiosité intellectuelle, esprit d'analyse, rigueur et autonomie vous permettant d'intervenir sur des problématiques complexes dans des secteurs d'activités variés au sein d'une équipe pluridisciplinaire. Approche assertive et proactive de l'exécution des projets ainsi que la capacité d'établir un réseau efficace au sein de grandes organisations et de nouer des relations avec des collègues et des clients.
