The Role
We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our TCF team in Geneva. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality advisory services to our clients on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and transaction diligence. Your primary responsibilities will include performing comprehensive financial due diligences, identifying risks and items that should be considered in the purchase price, and applying state-of-the-art analytics tools in your analysis.
Key Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or in a STEM field;
- At least two years of experience in Transaction Diligence in a Big4 department;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and French;
- Familiarity with analytical tools such as Alteryx, PowerBI, and Microsoft Office;
- Leadership experience and ability to work collaboratively with senior team members and supervise junior team members;
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
