Job Title: Head of Customer Support

Alohi SA, a leading provider of innovative technology solutions, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Customer Support to lead our customer support team in Geneva, Switzerland.

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual to oversee the development and implementation of customer support strategies that drive exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty. As the Head of Customer Support, you will be responsible for creating and executing plans to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues, while also identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement customer support strategies that align with business objectives
  • Lead a team of customer support professionals to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues
  • Monitor and analyze customer satisfaction metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and support
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the team is equipped with the latest knowledge and skills
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
  • Fluency in English (proficient to native)
  • Experience in customer support management, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
