Project Support Officer

As a Project Support Officer at Michael Page, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our project management office. Your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative support to our Project Managers, ensuring accurate and timely updates of project status in our Keyedin system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Compliance: Provide administrative support to Project Managers, ensuring accurate and timely updates of project status (timelines, resources, risks, budgets) in the Keyedin system.
  • Portfolio Reporting: Prepare quarterly and ad-hoc reports on project progress and finances.
  • System Administration: Manage centralized PMO communications, ensure implementation of PMO policies, and promote a project management culture across the organization.
  • Process Improvement: Review and update processes with business representatives, oversee PMO secondees program, PPM tool assessments, and implementation.
Requirements
  • Project Management Experience: Mandatory
  • IT Tools: KeyedIn Projects system, Qliksense, Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, MS Project, Excel
  • Soft Skills: Ability to exchange with different stakeholders, solution-oriented, analytical/problem-solving skills
  • Language: English (C1 level)
  • Availability: Available to start on November 15th
Qualifications and Experience
  • Project Management Education: BSc or MSc Degree in a related field and some years of exposure to project management highly preferred
  • IT Skills: Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, experience in Microsoft Flow, Power Apps, MS Project, SharePoint, and other tools are an asset
  • Soft Skills: Excellent organization skills, time-management skills, detail-oriented, efficient, ability to manage multiple priorities, trouble-shoot, and meet short- and long-term deadlines
  • Language: Fluency in English and French with excellent written and verbal communication skills
