In this exciting role at Racing Unleashed AG, you will be responsible for designing engaging visual content that strengthens our brand presence in the rapidly evolving world of esports and racing simulation.
We are looking for a highly creative and skilled Graphic and Motion Designer to join our small team. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will contribute to developing innovative visual content that resonates with our audience and shapes the future of our industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design all visual assets, including graphics and motion elements, for digital platforms and social media.
- Develop and maintain our visual identity to ensure a consistent and coherent brand presentation across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and the Marketing and Communications Manager to develop brand-appropriate visual content for campaigns and communication measures.
- Create motion graphics and animations that enhance engagement and bring our content to life.
- Support digital marketing efforts by producing visually appealing assets that increase the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Adapt visual assets for various platforms and ensure optimized performance across formats (e.g., web, social media, and events).
- Stay informed about design trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh ideas into our visual strategy.
- Ensure that results meet the highest quality standards and align with our brand guidelines.
About You:
- Proven experience as a graphic designer, motion designer, or in a similar role, preferably in (digital) marketing with premium automotive and luxury brands, gaming, or esports.
- Strong skills in the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
- A portfolio that showcases a mix of graphic design and motion design work, emphasizing storytelling and brand building.
- The ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas that resonate with our target audience.
- Experience working on digital marketing campaigns and creating assets optimized for social media.
- A strong understanding of brand identity and the ability to ensure consistency across visual assets, from print materials to corporate presentations and in the digital space.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
You can expect an exciting, varied, and responsible role in a rapidly evolving environment. The salary for this position is estimated to be around CHF 80,000 - CHF 100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
