Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Master Watch Assembler to join our team at Montres Norqain SA.

Estimated Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is CHF 70,000 - CHF 90,000, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

As a Master Watch Assembler, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assembling watch heads by fitting dials and hands and inserting watch cases.
  • Fitting straps to ensure a secure and comfortable fit.
  • Making minor adjustments to movements and rate settings as needed.
  • Assembling prototypes to meet customer specifications.
  • Diagnosing watches returned from the market to identify and resolve any issues.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Training as a watchmaker with a strong understanding of mechanical timepieces.
  • Professional experience in a similar role, preferably in the luxury watch industry.
  • A keen eye for detail and an ability to work accurately and efficiently.
  • Excellent knowledge of German or French, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • A passion for watchmaking and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Flexibility and ability to work well in a team environment.
  • A willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
