In this challenging and rewarding role, you will contribute to shaping our Compliance strategy and overseeing its implementation, ensuring that our operations align with the highest standards of governance and regulatory compliance.
Your Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with the Compliance COO to develop and implement effective governance frameworks, ensuring alignment with our bank's governance principles
- Providing expert guidance on regulatory requirements and industry developments, supporting the Compliance unit in staying ahead of emerging challenges
- Leading initiatives to improve our Compliance function's overall performance, identifying opportunities for process enhancements and developing practical solutions
- Working closely with the Compliance Management team to foster a culture of continuous improvement, enhancing our operational efficiency and risk management capabilities
