The Compliance COO team plays a pivotal role in ensuring that our operations align with the highest standards of governance and regulatory compliance. As a member of this team, you will contribute to shaping our Compliance strategy and overseeing its implementation.
Your ResponsibilitiesIn this exciting role, you will:
- Collaborate with the Compliance COO to establish and maintain robust governance frameworks, ensuring alignment with our bank's governance principles
- Develop and implement effective procedures for reporting to governing committees and regulatory bodies, while maintaining confidentiality and integrity
- Work closely with the Compliance Management team to foster a culture of continuous improvement, enhancing our operational efficiency and risk management capabilities
- Provide expert guidance on regulatory requirements and industry developments, supporting the Compliance unit in staying ahead of emerging challenges
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and lead initiatives to improve our Compliance function's overall performance
