Job Description
Main Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional support to worldwide users, covering day-to-day tasks such as accounting, treasury, invoicing, pricing, and pnl analysis.
- Escalate issues when necessary to the development team and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Understand and challenge CTRM enhancement requests from users, facilitating seamless communication with the development team.
- Train new hires and existing users on CTRM and other in-house applications, ensuring effective knowledge transfer.
- Solve operational problems related to business applications, including job monitoring, interfaces, and servers, in close collaboration with DBA, network, infrastructure, and development teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in IT software applications within the commodities trading industry, with a focus on business application change management and day-to-day operation and support.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in an IT-related field (preferable).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical information and present it effectively.
- Strong analytical and technical skills, including proficiency in SQL, Oracle DB, and basic programming, as well as a deep understanding of user needs and business processes.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft products.

Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum
