Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coach your team to deliver high-quality projects, ensuring technical solutions meet client requirements.
- Collaborate closely with clients to shape and deliver impactful solutions, using feedback for continuous improvement.
- Develop and review standard processes, tools, and techniques to ensure engineering activities align with safety regulations and contractual requirements.
- Oversee project execution, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely completion.
- Assist project managers in risk and opportunity assessments, implementing improvement and mitigation actions for project success.
- Offer technical insights, prepare engineering cost breakdowns, and support technical and commercial risk analyses.
Requirements for the Role
- Hold a bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
- Bring robust experience in Traction Power Projects, DC Systems within the Railway industry, showcasing expertise as a Senior Project Lead Engineer or Engineering Team Leader.
- Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of engineering processes, including Substation Conceptual and Detailed Design, Selectivity Studies, Protection and Coordination Studies, System Studies, RAMS, EMI/EMC, with engineering tools and software.
- Demonstrate a steadfast commitment to safety, adhering to workplace safety guidelines.
- Exhibit adept leadership and management skills, with a collaborative and solution-focused approach.
- Proficiency in English is required, German and French would be advantageous.
