Cloud Security Team Lead

Richemont is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Security Team Lead to join our Cloud Governance & Architecture team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in leading and guiding our Cloud Security team to ensure the security of our cloud infrastructure and code.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of 4-6 individuals (internal and external) to ensure the security of our cloud infrastructure and code.
  • Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to the team.
  • Manage the team backlog and prioritize activities according to the roadmap and needs.
  • Manage third-party suppliers within your perimeter and according to contracts.
  • Provide management-level reporting of your backlog and progress.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in a cloud environment, with a proven track record in developing and implementing effective cloud security solutions and managing security challenges.
  • Deep understanding of cloud providers' services, especially AWS or GCP, Alibaba Cloud is plus with one or more cloud certifications such as AWS Certified Security.
  • Experience in managing and defining security in the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Experience with OWASP Testing Guide v3 / 4 and OWASP TOP 10.
  • Experience in data architecture, protection, and mitigating data exfiltration risks on sensitive data (PII).
  • Understanding of container technologies (Kubernetes, Anthos).
  • Hands-on technical experience in Security Architecture, Automation & Configuration Management, Integration and Deployment (Terraform).
