Richemont is seeking a seasoned Cloud Security Team Lead to join our Cloud Governance & Architecture team. As a key member of our security team, you will play a crucial role in leading and guiding our Cloud Security team to ensure the security of our cloud infrastructure and code.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of 46 individuals (internal and external) to ensure the security of our cloud infrastructure and code.
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to the team.
- Manage the team backlog and prioritize activities according to the roadmap and needs.
- Manage third-party suppliers within your perimeter and according to contracts.
- Provide management-level reporting of your backlog and progress.
- Minimum 46 years of experience in a cloud environment, with a proven track record in developing and implementing effective cloud security solutions and managing security challenges.
- Deep understanding of cloud providers' services, especially AWS or GCP, Alibaba Cloud is a plus with one or more cloud certifications such as AWS Certified Security.
- Experience in managing and defining security in the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience with OWASP Testing Guide v3 / 4 and OWASP TOP 10.
- Experience in data architecture, protection, and mitigating data exfiltration risks on sensitive data (PII).
- Understanding of container technologies (Kubernetes, Anthos).
- Hand-on technical experience in Security Architecture, Automation & Configuration Management, Integration and Deployment (Terraform).
