\\Job Description
\As Senior Legal Strategist, you will be responsible for developing long-term legal strategies that align with our growth objectives and market vision. You will partner with the CEO and executive team to identify emerging regulatory and industry trends, ensuring ShareP remains positioned to capitalize on opportunities and preempt potential challenges.
\You will oversee end-to-end management of all key commercial contracts—drafting, negotiating, and closing deals that support revenue growth while minimizing risk. Additionally, you will advise on partnerships, vendor relationships, customer agreements, and licensing deals, providing guidance on both tactical terms and long-term strategic implications.
\\Required Skills and Qualifications
\To succeed in this role, you should possess a legal degree and admission to practice law in at least one jurisdiction. You will have 3-5 years of experience in a corporate legal environment or top-tier law firm, with exposure to high-growth, technology-driven businesses.
\Language skills are essential, with fluency in both German and English required. Proficiency in Polish or French will be considered an additional advantage. You will need a strong background in commercial transactions, corporate governance, IP, data privacy, and compliance, ideally in an early-stage or scaling startup environment.
\A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving is necessary, along with exceptional communication skills to explain complex legal concepts in clear, actionable terms to a non-legal audience.
