Wir suchen ein neues Teammitglied, welches uns als Senior Legal Counsel / Stv. Leiter:in Legal & Governance in einem 70-100 %-Pensum nach Vereinbarung unterstützt.
- Beratung und Unterstützung in sämtlichen für den ZFV relevanten Rechtsgebieten (u.a., Vertragsrecht, Baurecht, Governance, Compliance Themen, Legal Tech & AI und Datenschutz)Erstellung und Implementierung von Standard- und Musterverträgen, Weisungen und RichtlinienFörderung eines effizienten VertragsmanagementVertretung juristischer Themen bei ProjektenUnterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Governance, Risk und Compliance ThemenSchulungen verschiedener Geschäftsbereiche in Rechts- und CompliancefragenKommunikation mit und Mandatierung von externen RechtsberatungenUnterstützung im Qualitätsmanagement und ISO-ZertifizierungenStellvertretung der Leiter:in Legal & GovernanceFührung, Entwicklung und Weiterbildung der Mitarbeitenden
- Universitätsabschluss in Rechtswissenschaften (Lizenziat oder Master), vorzugsweise mit Schweizer Anwaltspatent oder weiterführender Ausbildungen
- 5–10 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Unternehmensjurist:in oder als Rechtsanwält:in in einer KanzleiVerhandlungs- und vertragssichere Deutschkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen (z.B. Englisch, Französisch) von VorteilSelbständige Persönlichkeit mit DurchsetzungsvermögenStrukturierte Arbeitsweise, analytische Denkweise und Fähigkeit zu interdisziplinärem Arbeiten, erfolgreiche ProjektleitungHervorragende PowerPoint-Kenntnisse
