Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Accor Receivables Financial Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for managing corporate account receivables tasks, collaborating with local teams and outsourced support teams, and overseeing the account receivables process from billing software setup to first-level control.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Account Receivables Management: Manage accurate and proper corporate account receivables tasks, including maintaining customer databases, sending invoices and credit notes, and responding to customer inquiries.
  2. Process Oversight: Oversee the account receivables process from billing software setup to first-level control, ensuring compliance with contracts and company policies.
  3. Cash Collection: Assist in the cash collection department, verifying payments received and allocating them to invoices.
Requirements
  1. Education: Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
  2. Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar position.
  3. Skills: Proficient skills with MS Office, especially Excel, and proficiency in financial software such as Oracle.
  4. Language: Fluency in English and French, German skills a plus.
