Drive Innovation in Cardiac Valve Therapies
Medtronic is seeking a talented Field Clinical Manager to lead the development and implementation of innovative cardiac valve therapies.
About the Role
The Field Clinical Manager will be responsible for directing the daily operations of the therapy development team, partnering with cross-functional leaders to ensure the timely adoption of new therapies by customers, and ensuring safe patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and direct the daily operations of the therapy development team
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to ensure adequate support for clinical trials and customer adoption
• Assist in budget management and forecasting
• Collaborate with Clinical, Quality, and the field team to ensure customer complaints are reported and resolved in a timely manner
• Perform field evaluations and provide constructive feedback to improve individual performance
Requirements
• Degree in Engineering, Life-Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Excellent influencing and consulting skills
• Ability to manage in a remote self-structured environment
• Experience developing and managing an operational budget
• Previous direct people management experience
