Reporting directly to the Director Customer Training and Education Western Europe, you support the planning, organization, and coordination of medical programs in close relation with the medical education team.

**A Day in the Life**
- Coordinate and manage all paperwork for Customer trainings, virtual or face to face events including but not limited in confirmation letter, work orders, honorarium letters, dashboard, registration tracking, enter new vendors, airline reservations for faculty etc
- Management of faculty payment aligned with compliance rules
- Work closely with our “Events team in Prague” or internal groups for all logistic aspects of the events
- Manage the assembly and distribution of instructional materials for classes, welcome pack, etc
- Reconcile program invoices and compliance report using ECATS, CVENT and SAP
- Monthly review of purchasing orders and manual accruals for our accounting and finance departments
- Quarterly Chargeback for customer trainings (Cancelation fees, Cross border) to the country organizations
- Create POs
- Manage simulators booking agenda and shipment to countries when requested
- Complete the Dashboard template on a monthly basis

Work with the T&E team to track the completion of the online training

**Must-Have**
- BA or BS degree or equivalent education
- 3-5 years job experience in providing services to vendors, customer, or a field force
- Experience in an international environment and event organization
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and presentation)
- Customer oriented, Quality oriented and Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills, especially managing multiple tasks and fast adaption to last minute changes
- Fluent in English, both speaking and writing

**Nice to Have**
- French language skills preferred or any European language
- Experience working with Cvent/eCATS is a plus
