The Role
At Roche, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Post Market Quality team as an intern. As an IT Product Complaint Investigator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and competent evaluation, investigation, and resolution of inquiries and complaints related to our Hospital/Laboratory Information Systems (HIS/LIS), medical data networks, middleware solutions, and data communication.
Your Key Responsibilities
- You will assume full accountability for the timely processing of individual complaints, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in accordance with regulatory standards.
- You will be responsible for consulting with senior team members on technical or process-related aspects, providing input to improve our quality systems and processes.
- You will represent and communicate results of individual cases/issues in interfacing meetings, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
Your Qualifications
- You are currently enrolled as a student or have recently graduated (within the last 12 months) in Information Technology or Computer Engineering or a similar field.
- You bring knowledge in Database development platforms and are able to read and understand the source code (SQL).
- You are able to work in a multi-cultural and international environment, with strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
