Medical Sales Professional Gastrointestinal Portfolio

We are looking for a highly motivated Medical Sales Professional to join our team in the South-Western region of Switzerland. This role will focus on our innovative gastrointestinal portfolio, which includes products utilizing Artificial Intelligence to support healthcare professionals and improve patient experience.
About the Role
This sales position involves working primarily from home, with regular visits to customer offices for product trainings and demonstrations. You will also be required to attend Medtronic office meetings on an ad hoc basis.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide application consulting and surgical support to doctors and healthcare professionals.
- Rundeliver training courses, product presentations, and practice-oriented training for doctors and nursing staff.
- Meet quantitative and qualitative targets both quarterly and annually.
- Monitor and manage sales results.
- Prepare plans and presentations for workshops, symposia, and training events.
- Complete market and competitor monitoring initiatives.
- Participate in exhibitions and congresses.
- Aquire knowledge of the anatomy and physiology of the esophagus and gastrointestinal tract.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Completed training or studies in business administration, medicine, or medical technology.
- Experience in strategic sales and project management.
- Solid sales experience within the medical technology industry, preferably in the hospital environment.
- Fluency in German, English, and French.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
