We are a rapidly expanding service company with a demonstrated roll-out strategy, led by ex-private equity professionals turned entrepreneurs.

Job Description

  • Develop a strong knowledge of the industry in Europe
  • Build and develop a robust pipeline of potential acquisition targets
  • Lead full buy-side due diligence on bilateral deals
  • Execute on deals, including SPA negotiation
  • Lead the post-closing and integration of acquired companies
  • Identify further development opportunities

Requirements

  • Professional experience in sourcing and executing bilateral deals in Europe
  • Track record of building a bilateral pipeline and executing on transactions
  • Human and humble approach when interacting with entrepreneurs and founders
  • Hands-on approach, self-starting mentality, and motivation to learn a new industry inside-out
  • Experience in the services sector and small- or mid-cap PE firms
  • Ability to jump from strategic to technical aspects of a deal
  • Results-driven and goal-oriented
  • Analytical thinking and data-driven approach
  • Modern, inclusive leadership style
  • Fluency in English, Spanish, and Italian, ideally additional European languages
