We advise on and implement investment funds, securitizations, holdings, trust, and foundations in jurisdictions like Luxembourg, Cayman Islands, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Malta & Liechtenstein. Our team consists of lawyers qualified under Swiss, German, US, and Russian law, ensuring our clients receive expert advice tailored to their needs.

Job DescriptionTax Structuring Expertise

As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and implementing tax structuring solutions for our clients' investments, holdings, managed accounts, securitisations, and investment funds.

Your expertise will help clients navigate complex tax landscapes, ensuring they remain compliant with all relevant regulations.

International Tax Coordination

You will work closely with our clients to understand their international tax obligations, including source and withholding taxes, double tax treaties, and relocation requirements.

Your analytical skills and knowledge of international tax laws will enable you to provide innovative solutions to complex problems.

Conflicts and Audits

In the event of tax audits or litigations, you will support our clients in resolving conflicts with tax authorities and FINMA efficiently and effectively.

Your experience and expertise will ensure our clients receive the best possible outcome in these situations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent academic credentials with a degree as a certified Swiss tax expert;
  • Experience in dealing with international tax issues is a plus;
  • A strong entrepreneurial mindset, excellent analytical skills, and self-starter mentality;
  • The ability to listen carefully, work efficiently, and precisely against tight deadlines;
  • Fluency in German and English (must), French and/or Russian would be a plus.
