We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Process Improvement Assistant. In this role, you will support our EHS department in optimizing and improving business processes within our international organization.

About the Role

This is a 6-month internship that offers a dynamic environment to develop your skills, expand your knowledge, and work alongside a motivated, multi-cultural team dedicated to innovation and excellence.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Support the review and optimize the environmental monitoring and reporting system, particularly for GHG and BGES reporting.
  2. Assist in designing and implementing occupational safety programs and campaigns to further improve safety performance using latest organizational safety models and exploring possibilities offered by latest technologies, including AI.
  3. Participate in analyzing and improving HSE processes.
  4. Update and maintain the EHS risk assessment and instructions.
  5. Contribute to internal and external audits.
  6. Plan external company visits.
  7. Ensure compliance with ICPE requirements.
  8. Support the EHS manager with day-to-day administrative tasks: quotes, tickets, etc.

About You

  • Currently enrolled in a university degree in an EHS related field.
  • Able to demonstrate autonomy, rigor, and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills, with fluency in English.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
