Business Process Improvement Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Process Improvement Assistant. In this role, you will support our EHS department in optimizing and improving business processes within our international organization.
About the Role
This is a 6-month internship that offers a dynamic environment to develop your skills, expand your knowledge, and work alongside a motivated, multi-cultural team dedicated to innovation and excellence.
Your Responsibilities
- Support the review and optimize the environmental monitoring and reporting system, particularly for GHG and BGES reporting.
- Assist in designing and implementing occupational safety programs and campaigns to further improve safety performance using latest organizational safety models and exploring possibilities offered by latest technologies, including AI.
- Participate in analyzing and improving HSE processes.
- Update and maintain the EHS risk assessment and instructions.
- Contribute to internal and external audits.
- Plan external company visits.
- Ensure compliance with ICPE requirements.
- Support the EHS manager with day-to-day administrative tasks: quotes, tickets, etc.
About You
- Currently enrolled in a university degree in an EHS related field.
- Able to demonstrate autonomy, rigor, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills, with fluency in English.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
